At NOVA ETS  Plastic Part the quality process starts at the very beginning of each project. We are certified and committed to the comprehensive ISO 9001 Quality Standard.

We demonstrate this commitment by providing high quality tooling, designing and manufacturing so that our clients receive the greatest value and define quality  as total customer satisfaction.

This drives us to settle for nothing less than excellence in all our aspects of our business as we continuously improve our  strong compliment of staff and processes.

Once the CAD data is received, the mould is  manufactured, moulded, tested and inspected using in-house Co-ordinate Measuring Machines(CMM).

All these activities are carried out in-house to strict quality  control guidelines by our experienced staff to ensure they meet our customer specific requirements.
